В ходе исследования Папоротниковый индекс Aldaris, проводившегося крупнейшей в Латвии пивоваренной компанией Aldaris, выяснились обычаи соблюдения традиций Янова дня в Латвии, а также отношение и знание жителями и различными социальными группами традиций Янова дня.
